Mountain yoga, happened as most things do, naturally. My love for the last 13 years of working has been the body. It has been a huge journey and after running a half marathon. I realized that I had been taking care of people for a long time and not so much myself, this is where yoga steped in. Teaching has become one of my greatest joys, constantly training and bringing myself to the practice every single day, I enjoy the benefits that yoga has provided me not just in body but mostly in mind. Mountain yoga is here to provide that something extra special to your holiday or every day life. I can work with you one on one in your hotel, holiday villa or onboard your yacht, Tailor making the class to what ever needs you have. Looking for a group class no problem. This can be most fun get everyone out and lets do this as a team. I can also come in and offer yoga on any retreat or if your looking to go away with a group of friends or family, we can tailor make you a retreat designed to suit all your needs. Lots of people tell me that they can´t do yoga for some reason may it be health, its not challenging enough or they dont enjoy group exercise. Yoga is about coming to the mat showing up explaining what your looking for. Talk it out many clients have just had something come up in there health this is not a problem, moving and the breathing can help you. Not challenging enough no problem we can do a more dynamic practice. Don’t like groups, It can just be me and you. Everything can have a solution.
