Booking and Payment Terms

Treatment Booking: All treatments must be booked directly through the Fresha mobile application ("App"). By booking through the App, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Confirmation: Spa@Home bookings must be confirmed by text message, email, or phone call with the location confirmed. Booking through the app means that the therapist(s) will arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

Appointment Arrival: We strive to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. However, due to increased traffic, we may be late. If we arrive late to the treatment, the full treatment time will be provided. If the client arrives late to the scheduled appointment time, we shall cut the appointment time to finish at the correct hour.

Payment: Payments in cash may be needed due to the unreliability of signal.

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure your treatment booking. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Nina&Rocky SL to charge your card in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Payment Authorization: Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, it will be securely stored in the Fresha system to guarantee your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a charge to your credit card.

Cancellation Charges: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) or a no-show, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%.

Refund Policy: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Nina&Rocky SL.

Group Booking Policy: For group bookings (defined as 3 or more individuals), a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or modifications to the appointment schedule.

Booking Modifications: You may modify or reschedule your appointment through the App up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.

Right to Refuse Services: The Nina&Rocky SL team reserves the right to refuse services. In such cases, clients may still be charged.

Medical Conditions and Allergies: Please advise the team of any allergies or medical issues before your appointment.

Pregnancy Policy: In the event of pregnancy, we can provide treatments after 12 weeks of gestation.

Security: We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously. Your credit card details will be encrypted and securely stored in compliance with industry standards.

Changes to Terms: Nina&Rocky SL reserves the right to update or modify these booking and payment terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App.

Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
